pastor-leonel-charles REV. (PASTOR) LEONEL CHARLES

Assistant Pastor of Pinellas Christian Center, St. Petersburg, FL as well as a Barrister-at-Law. He has served as Cabinet Member of Office National d'Assurance Vieillesse, Port Au Prince (Haiti), Legal Advisor for the Haitian Embassy in Santo Domingo (Dominican Republic) and Professor of French Judicial translation and Judicial Sociology. A committed community activist, Pastor Leo as he is affectionately called, volunteers much of his time to providing counsel on matters pertaining to immigration law.

Fluent in Spanish, French, French Creole and English, Pastor Leo is actively involved in the work of home and foreign missions, both with Pinellas Christian Center and Garden of Grace Ministries. A prayer warrior, it is said that the earth shakes when he prays. Pastor Leo is a graduate of The Urban Bible Training Center Global University.

pastor-gaston-compass REV. (PASTOR) GASTON COMPAS

Pastor of Phinellas Christian Center, St. Petersburg, FL as well as a committed community activist. He has a heart for hurting people and spends a great deal of his time raising awareness of the plight of the people of his beloved Haiti as well as the underprivileged in his local community. He is a sought after speaker and is known as an "encourager of the brethren."

An Information Technology professional, Pastor Gaston is currently enrolled in Trinity Seminary, pursuing a Master of Divinity. Pastor Gaston is fluent in English, French and French Creole.

rev-dr-stacy-jackson REV. DR. STACY JACKSON

The International Missions Director for the Association of International Gospel Assemblies, MO, USA. Burdened with a heart for hurting people, Dr. Jackson has traveled the world extensively - particularly the continent of Africa - sharing the good news of salvation at every opportunity. A modern day Paul, Dr. Jackson imparts the Word with passion and power and as a result of his labor, has numerous spiritual sons and daughters all over the world.

rev-pastor-norma-l-fontaine-philbert REV. (PASTOR) NORMA L. FONTAINE-PHILBERT

(Team Leader) is the founder and president of Garden of Grace Ministries, a ministry whose motto is "Showing God's Love in a Tangible Way." In keeping with that motto, Pastor Norma has completed 7 missions assignments to Africa (2000-2007) and is currently on assignment to the nation of Haiti where she is founder/matron of the Ecole Primaire Jardin de Grace (Garden of Grace Primary School) where 188 students are clothed, fed and educated. In the USA, she co-pastors the Garden of Grace Church with her husband Pastor Francis Philbert and manages the daily executive affairs of the ministry.

An astute business woman, Pastor Norma is a Mortgage Banker by secular profession, having held various managerial and executive positions before becoming a full time minister of the Gospel. She makes frequent guest appearances on the Christian Television Network, Largo, FL and hosts a weekly radio program called "A Moment of Grace."

While her assignments require extensive travel and time away from home, she understands that she has been blessed with a platform which will enable her to affect lives in a positive way. Her most treasured roles however, are that of mother to Andrew Samuel (19) and Jonathan David (18) as well as wife to Pastor Francis Philbert, her high school sweetheart, and husband of 24 years. She is currently enrolled in the Moody Bible Institute working towards her Doctorate of Theology.

pastor-francis-p-philbert PASTOR FRANCIS P. PHILBERT

Senior Pastor of Garden of Grace Ministries and Ministry Coach to a number of young pastors in the nation of Haiti. Standing firm in love and truth, he has a passion for preaching the abundant life which the Lord desires to shower on His children. Additionally he emphasizes living a life of complete dependency on God.

A certified Home/Building Inspector by secular profession, Pastor Francis is an entrepreneur at heart and has been involved in a number of successful business ventures.

Pastor Philbert and his wife Norma have been married for 24 years and have been blessed with two sons: Andrew Samuel (19) and Jonathan David (18).

sister-majorie-van-de-ven SISTER MAJORIE VAN DE VEN

A Women's Ministry leader with an insatiable desire for women everywhere to be all that God intends them to be. She is committed to encouraging and equipping women to strive to live a life of excellence and to pursue their God given purpose for their lives. She has a heart for the hurting and destitute, and endeavors to help them become free from the bondage of sin, and in so doing, live the abundant life that Christ offers them.

Sister Majorie and her husband are the Regional Lead Representatives of Garden of Grace Ministries (Missions Division) in the Orlando, FL region. Since 2003 she has been an Advocate (Counselor) at the Central Florida Crisis Pregnancy Center. Her heart's desire is to show God's love in a tangible way, using her time and resources.

rev_samuel_pennington REV. DR. SAMUEL PENNINGTON

A missions pastor and founder of the Matthew 25 Foundation, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation that operates feeding programs in Nicaragua, and provides other aid to people in areas of great poverty and deprivation. Dr. Pennington serves as the state chair person for the Association of Gospel Assemblies, and is an officer of one of the largest privately owned drug and alcohol rehabilitation organizations in the United States. Dr. Pennington has traveled extensively in doing mission work, and has a strong burden to see as many people as possible come to know Jesus Christ as personal savior before the return of the Lord. His wife, Vera, is his partner in life and in ministry.

Dr. Pennington is a member of the Order of Barristers, is licensed to practice law in the state of Florida, and has an existing case load in excess of 4700 chapter 13 bankruptcies. He is the attorney for the Chapter 13 Trustee for the Middle District of Florida, Orlando Division.

rev_ralph_rose REV. RALPH ROSE

Prior to August of 1976 Brother Rose was heavily involved in consumption and distribution of drugs. On the eve of murdering a man, God miraculously saved his partner in crime. For a solid week that man talked to him about his Jesus. Begrudgingly Brother Rose went with him to church where he too found the saving knowledge of Christ. A year later God called him into the ministry. For three years he attended Bible school at Faith School of Theology and Rockford School of Theology. He traveled as an itinerant evangelist for many years and has pioneered three churches in Jamaica. He is currently a member of Calvary Temple of Indianapolis Indiana where he co-teaches an adult Sunday school class and travel as the Lord leads. His passion is to study the life and works of the old time Pentecostal preachers. He is also an avid collector of religious books.
